فإن الشريعة الإسلامية أحاطت بجميع أفعال الإنسان إحاطة شاملة، والشريعة الإسلامية عندما تعالج مشاكل الإنسان في جميع الأزمنة والأمكنة بأحكامها مهما تجددت وتنوعت تلك المشاكل فهي إنما تعالج مشاكل الإنسان بوصفه إنسانًا ليس غير، فالشريعة الإسلامية خالدة وأحكامها دائمة فقد أودع الله فيها من الأصول والأحكام ما يجعلها قادرة على مسايرة حاجة الناس المتجددة على امتداد الزمان واتساع المكان وتطور وسائل الحياة، ثم إن تغير الأحكام - بحسب تغير الأزمنة والأمكنة والأحوال - ليس تغيرًا في أحكام الشريعة ونصوصها، إنما هو رجوع العوائد إلى مستندها الشرعي، لذا أحببت أن أكتب بحثًا في هذا الموضوع "حكم تغير الفتوى بتجدد الاجتهاد دراسة أصولية تطبيقية على القضايا المعاصرة". امتازت مسائل البحث بالجدة والمعاصرة، ووضعت حلولًا تهم المجتمع المسلم بطريقة عصرية مناسبة، مما يتطلب دراسة هذه المسائل دراسة دقيقة متأنية مبنية على التتبع، والاستقراء، والتطبيق العملي لبعض مسائله، وله تأثير عظيم في كثير من المسائل الفقهية، مما يستوجب النظر فيها، والاجتهاد في بيان حكمها الشرعي وفق التقنيات والتطورات العلمية المعاصرة، وإبراز جهود العلماء السابقين في حل المشكلات التي طرأت في حياتهم، ووضعوا الحلول المناسبة لها. أما الخاتمة: فقد تناولت أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها خلال البحث ثم فهارس لما تضمنه البحث من مراجع، وموضوعات.

It deals with man's problems as a person, not simply because he is immortal, and its provisions are permanent, for God has entrusted them with the principles and provisions that make them capable of keeping pace with people's renewed needs throughout time, the breadth of place, and the development of the means of life. Moreover, the change of judgments - according to the changes in times, places, and conditions - is not a change in the provisions and texts of Sharia, but because the proceeds refer to their Islamic document. Therefore, I wanted to write a paper on this topic, "The ruling of a change of fatwa by renewed jurisprudence, a fundamentalist and applied study on contemporary issues". Research issues have been characterized by seriousness and modernity, and solutions have been developed that concern the Muslim community in a suitable modern way. This requires careful study of these issues, based on tracking, extrapolation, and the practical application of some of its issues, and it has a great impact on many doctrinal issues, which requires consideration, and diligence in expressing its legal rulings in accordance with contemporary scientific techniques and developments, and highlighting the efforts of former scientists in solving the problems that have arisen in their lives, and developing appropriate solutions for them. The conclusion dealt with the most important findings of the research and then with the catalogs of the references and topics included in the research.
