يأتي هذا البحث بغرض التعرف على المسائل الأصولية التي استدل الأصوليون لها بقول النبي : (أصحابي كالنجوم بأيهم اقتديتم اهتديتم)، ويحاول أيضا الإجابة على بعض التساؤلات، من أهمها: ما هي المسائل الأصولية التي استدل الأصوليون لها بهذا الحديث؟ وهل اختلف وجه الدلالة بالحديث عند الأصوليين؟ وهل انفرد أحد من الأصوليين بوجه دلالة من الحديث لم يذكره غيره؟ وما هي الاعتراضات التي وجهت إلى الاستدلال بالحديث؟ وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذا البحث أن يكون مشتملا على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وقد انتهى البحث إلى جملة من النتائج، والتي من أهمها: أن حديث: (أصحابي كالنجوم بأيهم اقتديتم اهتديتم) وإن اختلف فيه المحدثون بين مضعف ومصحح له إلا أن جمهور الأصوليين أخذوا به واعتمدوا عليه؛ وذلك لأن كثيرا من أئمة الفقهاء والأصوليين قد أطبقوا على العمل والاحتجاج به، وقد أظهر البحث عناية الأصوليين بهذا الحديث عناية شديدة، واهتماما بالغا في قضية الاستدلال، حيث استدل الأصوليون به على كثير من المسائل الأصولية، وأن الاستدلال بالحديث قد يكون لقول واحد من أقوال الأصوليين -وهذا هو الغالب-، وقد يستدل به لقولين في المسألة، وقد ينقل جمع من الأصوليين الاستدلال بالحديث على قول في المسألة الأصولية.
This research is aimed at identifying the fundamentalist issues that fundamentalists have inferred by the Prophet (Peace be upon Him): (My friends are like stars, whatever you are guided by), and it also attempts to answer some of the questions, the most important of which is: What are the fundamentalist issues that fundamentalists inferred with this hadith? Did the fundamentalists differ in their outlook? Was there a significant aspect of the hadith that was singled out by a fundamentalist who was not mentioned by anyone else? What objections were raised to reasoning? The nature of this research required that it include an introduction, a preamble, four investigations, and a conclusion. The research yielded a number of results, the most important of which was that the talk, "My friends are like stars, whatever you may be led to"; This is because many imams and fundamentalists have applied and invoked the work, and research has shown great care by fundamentalists in this talk, and great interest in the issue of inference, where the fundamentalists have inferred many fundamentalist issues, and that the inference of speech may be one of the statements of the fundamentalists - and this is most likely - and may be inferred to two statements in the matter, and a group of fundamentalists may convey the inference of speech by saying in the fundamentalist question.
