التخلص من الملوثات المائية دراسة فقهية مقارنة Disposal of water pollutants "A Comparative Jurisprudence Study"

يهدف البحث إلى بيان المعايير التي وضعها الفقهاء قديمًا لتطهير المياه الملوثة بالنجاسة، والطرق التقنية الحديثة لتطهير مياه الصرف الصحي الحاملة للفضلات والنفايات السامة المضرة، وحكم استعمالها في الطهارة بعد معالجتها، معتمدًا في كتابة البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي في تصوير ماهية الملوثات المائية، ومصادرها، ومسبباتها، كما اتبعت المنهج التحليلي المقارن، وذلك بجمع أقوال الفقهاء، وأدلتهم، وتحليلها والمقارنة بينها، ثم الانتهاء بالرأي المختار، حسب قوة الأدلة الواردة، وما تقتضيه مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وکان من أهم نتائج البحث أن المعالجة الأخيرة (مرحلة التطهير) لمياه الصرف الصحي بالوسائل الحديثة بالطرق العلمية الصحيحة مطهر لها، لزوال التغير من لون وطعم ورائحة، فتعود المياه طاهرة، ومن أهم التوصيات: العمل الجاد والمكثف على إيجاد وعي بقضايا البيئة المختلفة، مع وضع عقوبات صارمة لأصحاب الأنشطة المضرة بالبيئة والمهددة لحياة الإنسان.
The research aims to clarify the standards set by jurists in the past to disinfect water contaminated with impurity, and modern technical methods for the purification of wastewater carrying waste and toxic waste harmful, and the rule of use in purity after treatment, relying in writing the research on the inductive approach in portraying what water pollutants, and their sources, and causes, as followed the comparative analytical approach, by collecting the sayings of jurists, and their evidence, analysis and comparison between them, and then end with the chosen opinion, according to the strength of the evidence received, and what is required by the purposes of Islamic law, One of the most important results of the research was that the last treatment (disinfection stage) of wastewater by modern means by the correct scientific methods is a disinfectant for it, to remove the change of color, taste and smell, so the water returns pure, and the most important recommendations are: Hard and intensive work to create awareness of various environmental issues, with penalties Strict for owners of activities harmful to the environment and threatening human life.
